How and when are quotas assigned?
Once the application period has closed, the VRAI Global Mobility Department will review the applications of students who have completed the application form and uploaded all the documentation.
The following criteria will be considered for the evaluation of the applications (see details in the appendix):
A) Compliance with requirements: 10 points
B) Motivational component: 60 points
C) Academic component: 40 points
Based on the total score obtained, all applicants will be ranked in order from highest to lowest, and the quotas will be assigned based on that order.
Results and confirmation
The results will be announced via email. Those who obtain a place will have a confirmation interview carried out in conjunction with PIANE, to resolve doubts, give details of the adjustments offered by the university and explain the process of applying for the exchange.
If the student wishes to confirm his/her place, he/she will have 4 days after the interview to pay the application fee ($14,000).
After this, the application will be made to the host university, who will be in charge of putting the student in contact with their services for people with disabilities.
