The UC Vice Rector's Office for International Affairs, through its Global Mobility Office, has developed a range of programs and initiatives aligned with the four axes of a renewed mobility; Education connected to the world, promoting international experiential learning; Social commitment, enhancing cooperation and leadership for the welfare of a global society; Access, inclusion and diversity, strengthening access to global mobility for all; Sustainability, proposing alternatives and environmentally responsible mobility plans.

In this section
UC Students
We present the programs for global mobility as a regular undergraduate or Master's student at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Biannual exchange
Thismobility program, through bilateral agreements, allows students to take courses at a foreign university, while maintaining their regular student status at UC and without paying tuition fees at the host university.
Special programs
We offer different mobility alternatives, with variations in purpose, duration and requirements, broadening access to an international experience.
Dual degree and degree programs
The participating student will be able to obtain a degree at UC and at the host university abroad, under specific conditions of the institutions and agreements.
Internships, Practicums and Residencies
The offer of this global mobility modality can be viewed in our opportunities search engine and are offered, mostly, by UC partner universities abroad, companies or institutions.
Overseas health programs
These opportunities are specific to careers and study programs of the UC School of Medicine. Consult the available offer with academic units.

UC Academics
We present the programs for global mobility as an academic at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Research or creative congresses
The Research Department supports the attendance of UC professors to international congresses to present research or creative works.
Congresses or teaching seminars
The Academic Development Office supports attendance to congresses or seminars abroad to present teaching papers.
Erasmus+
It is a scholarship program of the European Union that seeks to promote academic relations between the region and the rest of the world, providing funding for teaching collaboration opportunities.
In general, these are specific calls for applications and are directed to the Faculties/Schools, who are in charge of offering them to their academic staff.
Global academic liaison and collaboration missions
The objective of this mobility program is to strengthen and encourage international cooperation between the University of Cantabria and various institutions around the world.
Administrative and professional UC
We present the programs for a global mobility as an administrative or professional at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
