In this space you will learn the stories of hundreds of people from around the world who today study, research and work in the UC, as part of our International Community. In addition, you will find support material to guide you through Chile and the university.

The Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile welcomes people from other countries in all areas of the university. Through different programs or who are permanently integrated to study, work and / or research at the UC. That is why, from the Vice Rector's Office of International Affairs, we promote Accompaniment Programs differentiated between people who attend the UC for short periods or semesters, with defined completion time, and those members of the community who enter to study full programs, to work or research more permanently or for more than a year.

Accompanying Global Mobility Programs

 

This accompaniment program is aimed at undergraduate or graduate students attending UC from abroad through a mobility program with a defined end date of less than one year:

  • Exchange program
  • Bilateral mobility
  • Short-term special programs
  • Internships
  • Free movers
  • Other programs with a duration of six months or less than one year

Accompanying the International Community at UC

 

This accompaniment program is aimed at undergraduate or graduate students, academics, professionals, administrative staff, doctorates and postdocs who come to UC from abroad for a study program longer than one year, to work indefinitely, to conduct research or other entry pathway longer than one year:

  • An undergraduate degree or program of study
  • To pursue a Master's degree
  • Pursuing a Doctorate
  • Work in the academic, administrative or professional fields.
  • Research lasting more than one year
